Daniel is an Experienced Product Leader who enjoys the process of creating, managing, and executing product strategies for a portfolio of consumer-facing products consisting of SaaS, CMS, Websites, API's and Mobile Applications. He's experienced working with cross-functional teams to prioritize, coach, lead, and research new product initiatives. Daniel works with business partners, customers, and industry research to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable strategies and clearly defined product roadmaps. He also works with designers, UI/UX to create and define user flows and customer journeys. Daniel has experience in preparing and presenting to all levels of management and different types of stakeholders including executive leadership teams. He enjoys analyzing user testing scenarios and implementing changes based on analytics and customer feedback. Daniel also works with third-party vendors and external agencies to build and enhance existing products.

Mr. Drover specializes in Business Process Improvement, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and high-volume data management. With a focus on operational excellence and process improvement, he has assisted a wide range of clients, including Fortune 200 organizations, to optimize their enterprise-level applications and processes.

With over 30 years of experience in accounting & finance, sales and marketing and information technology, Mr. Drover offers expertise in project management, operations support and technology transformation. His industry experience includes more than 10 years in the chemical, agricultural and pharmaceutical business units at the DuPont Company.

Mr. Drover has delivered both domestic and international engagements in many different industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, telecommunications and the public sector. He has experience with robotic automation, business process outsourcing, data management, IT support operations, custom workflow development, package system selection, and ERP & CRM implementations.
